As your voice in policing, PCC John Campion has launched the Community Conversation.
Come along to your local event and talk to the PCC about his work to build a safer West Mercia. You will be able to put your questions to the PCC and voice your experiences and thoughts on policing in your area.

We would encourage you to come along on Wednesday as, even if you haven’t booked, some of those who have may not attend. We will do our best to accommodate. However, should we find that we can’t then we will also be looking at options for an additional meeting.

April 2025 – Whitchurch – Retail crime
PCC John Campion returned to Pershore, following his Community Conversation in May, to provide an update to residents following a call for change.
The PCC was also joined by West Mercia Police’s Temporary Chief Constable Alex Murray and South Worcestershire Area Commander, Superintendent Rebecca Love, who gave an update on the work being done in and around Pershore to tackle concerns and improve the visibility and accessibility of officers.
PCC John Campion hosted a virtual Community Conversation on Facebook Live focusing on firearms licensing.
Taking place on Wednesday 1 November the PCC was joined by DPCC Marc Bayliss, and West Mercia Police’s Chief Inspector Callie Bradley who answered questions submitted by the public.
More than 55 members of the shooting community attended a Community Conversation event hosted by PCC John Campion in Hereford on Wednesday 2 August.
Bringing together the PCC, West Mercia Police and The British Association for Shooting and Conservation, the event was an opportunity to talk and listen to concerns about the length of time it’s taking to get or renew a firearms licence.
